Inquiries go quiet
A promising email, call or website inquiry arrives when everyone is busy, then follow-up becomes inconsistent.
Your business does not need more software. It needs fewer things falling through the cracks. AI Professor finds where customer inquiries, promises and handoffs are costing revenue — then helps you fix the first one using the systems you already have.
A promising email, call or website inquiry arrives when everyone is busy, then follow-up becomes inconsistent.
Customer commitments are scattered across email, texts, notes and individual memory.
Work slows down when the owner or a key employee is unavailable because important context lives with them.
You have heard about dozens of AI products but cannot tell which ones will improve the business.
We begin with the business as it operates today, not with a predetermined software recommendation.
We trace how inquiries, customer communication, promises, handoffs and recurring administration actually move through the business.
You receive a short written plan identifying the three to five strongest opportunities and the First Fix worth testing.
If you want help, we configure and test one focused improvement until it works under normal business conditions.
The goal is not to install more AI. It is to make one important part of the business more reliable.
Make every new inquiry visible, assign the next action and prevent promising conversations from quietly stalling.
Useful when response depends on who notices firstTurn commitments made in calls, meetings and email into visible next actions with a clear owner.
Useful when customers have to remind the businessGive the next person the context they need without another meeting, forwarded thread or search through old messages.
Useful when work pauses between peopleReduce repetitive drafting, document review, reporting and data movement while keeping a person responsible for the result.
Useful when administration crowds out customer workBefore implementation starts, we agree in writing on what "working" means — for example, every new inquiry acknowledged within one business day. The fix then has to hold for ten consecutive business days under normal conditions, run by your team, not by me. If it doesn't hold, I keep working until it does, or the implementation fee is refunded.
I have spent more than 35 years helping businesses use technology under real operating conditions, including 22 years running a relationship-driven real estate practice in Victoria.
I retired my real estate licence in May 2026 to focus on helping owner-led businesses use AI carefully, practically and without handing important customer relationships to a black box.
A short, prioritized plan built around your business, your team and your current systems.
The tools and habits worth keeping exactly as they are.
The customer, follow-up and handoff gaps that deserve attention first.
One recommended First Fix and a practical implementation sequence.
When your First Fix has proven itself, the plan already contains your next two or three — ready whenever you are. No subscription required.
The Workflow Assessment is $2,500, fixed — scope agreed in writing before we start. You receive the full written plan in two weeks from kickoff. Implementation of your First Fix, if you want help with it, is quoted as a fixed price in the plan itself — typically $2,500–$5,000 depending on the workflow.
You own the written plan whether or not you ask AI Professor to help implement it.
The assessment identifies where AI can reduce friction and where it should stay out of the way.
Twenty minutes to compare where customer information, follow-up or handoffs are breaking. If an assessment is not the right next move, I will say so.
